Access to the exhibition every 15 minutes

Visiting Hours

From Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 8pm (Last access at 7pm)


  • Tickets for this exhibition are issued individually (no groups are allowed) and give access to visit the Museum’s Collection and other exhibitions currently open.
  • Access Upper Goya Entrance with tickets purchased at the box office or Velázquez Entrance with tickets bought in advance online or by phone. Visitors who have some difficulty climbing the staircase leading to the Upper Goya Entrance can access through the Jerónimos Entrance
  • Exhibition rooms: Room 16B, Building Villanueva


  • Tickets online or Tel. +34 902 10 70 77. Acquisition through these channels will lead to the usual discount on the price at the box office.
  • Lockers Lower Goya Entrance. The direct purchase of tickets at the box office may be for the day of your visit or for a visit on another date. In any case, tickets will be issued with a provided date and time slot of access (passes every 15 minutes). Box Office Hours: 9am to 7.30pm


  • General: 8 € at the box office. € 7 advance purchase online or by phone.
  • Reduced: € 4 at the box office. 3.5 € advance purchase online or by phone.
  • Free admission: under 18, over 65, unemployed, EU students under 25 and other groups exempt from paying under the general regime of input prices.Rates are applicable every opening day and hour.

New: Renoir on Mondays

To extend the options to visit the exhibition due to the high demand of tickets, the museum has scheduled the exceptional opening of the exhibition on Monday 6 December (National Holiday) and January 3 ( Last Monday of the Christmas Holidays). Hours: 9am to 8pm (retrieved at 7pm)

The tickets for these days of exceptional opening should be bought directly at the box office 2, 3 and 4 of the Lower Goya Entrance or through the advance Purchase online / Tel. 902 10 70 77. Box Office Hours: 9am to 7.30pm

  • Dates: 6, 13, 20 and 27 December and 3 January. Hours: from 9am to 8pm (last access to 7pm)
  • Entrance Upper Goya Entrance. Visitors with some motor impairment can access through the Jeronimos Entrance.
  • Exclusive access to the exhibition Passion for Renoir. The rest of the museum rooms are closed, as usual, being the weekly closing day.
