The #10yearchallenge initiative, that Museo del Prado transfer to art by showing some of its most popular portraits in its collection with a ten year gap has been nominated for a Webby Award (http://webbyawards.com) for the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences in the category “Social Media. Art and Entertainment”
The awards, whose winners for the 23rd edition will be known next 23 April, began in 1996 and they are hailed as the “Internet’s highest honor” by The New York Times
The Infanta Margarita’s tweet portrayed with a 10 year gap has received more than 15k likes and 7,4k retweets and more than 1.500 comments and 100.000 likes in Instagram
