Frame of Workers on Strike in Vizcaya

This new frame was produced from an old photograph showing the original model, which is now lost. It may have been designed by the artist himself to complement the scene depicted in the painting, a strike in a steel factory; the mouldings simulate metal beams, complete with screws. Despite its appearance, the frame is made of wood.
