Holy Monk in Prayer (Saint Anthony?) / Skull on Cloth, Study of Hand and Susanna and the Old Men

This study depicts a monk. The figure is drawn in a three-quarter turn to the left, with his left hand on his chest. On the verso is a skull on a stick as well as a hand study, in black chalk. It is framed together with Susana and the Old Men, in black chalk, sepia wash and touches of oxidised white lead.
