Male nude figure study
XVIII century. White chalk, Black chalk on dark toned paper. Not on display
This is a study of male nude. He is depicted seated on an ashlar. He holds his right leg with his right arm and crosses his left arm over his chest, turning his head to the left.
It was attributed to Francisco Bayeu in the 1857 inventory. R. Arnáez agreed with the attribution. Nevertheless, it is not entirely convincing.
