A female figure is portrayed in a flying pose. The study of the clothing is very thorough. However, her limbs are only provisionally sketched. This is a preparatory drawing for the corresponding figure in the central part of the cupola interior fresco The Fall of the Giants in the Royal Palace in Madrid.
