Although by the same hand, these are two different drawings made on two separate sheets of paper that have been juxtaposed. They are most likely part of a series dedicated to the Virtues. They are early seventeenth-century works, dating from around 1620, in the tradition of El Escorial. They might be Andalusian since they share similarities with the decorative figures in the cupolas of the Church of San Agustín in Córdoba and the Church of San Sebastián in Málaga.
