The upper half of the sheet, with studies of fourteen heads, including that of a bearded man wearing a hat, seen upper center in profile to the left, repeats a drawing by Cambiaso in the Uffizi, Florence (inv. no. 13734); the lower half, with studies of fifteen heads, including that of a woman seen upper center, in profile to the right, repeats another in the Museum Kunst Palast, Sammlung der Kunstakademie, Düsseldorf (inv. no. FP 3795).
