Connected by the Suidas with the composition of Cambiaso´s lost painting, formerly in the church of S. Giuliano d´Albarim Genoa. The appareance of the picture may to some extent be judged from surviving, Cambiaso and Cambiaso School drawings. One such is in the Uffizi (inv. no. 13666). An autograph variant of the Prado drawing, showing the procession moving from left to right, is in the British Museum, London (inv. no. Pp. 3-197).
