Antonia Ferreras Bertrán

Lérida (Spain), 1873 - Barcelona (Spain), 17.11.1953

She was a Spanish painter and illustrator. She studied at the School of Fine Arts in Barcelona, specializing in watercolor on satin and flower painting. She participated in various exhibitions, including the Hispano-French Exposition of 1895, where she won a silver medal, the Arts, and Industries Exhibition of Mexico in 1896, the National Fine Arts Exhibition of 1897, and the Ilerdense Artists Exhibition of 1912, as well as the exhibition held at Sala Parés in 1926. As an illustrator, she contributed to several publications and created cards for the Nodomanski House in Vienna (Fernández Martínez, D. in Encyclopedia of the Friends of the Prado Museum Foundation, Madrid, 2006, vol. III, pp. 1064-1065).
