Emilia Menassade
Paris (France), 1.10.1850, doc. 1897She was a French painter specializing in floral themes and still life. She was a student of Sebastián Gessa y Arias, who influenced her both technically and thematically. She participated in numerous exhibitions, both individual and collective, and submitted her works to the National Exhibitions of Fine Arts in Spain. She was awarded an honorable mention in 1887 and a third medal in the 1892 edition for her canvas titled "Día de fiesta".
