Debate with Leticia Ruiz, Head of the Department of Spanish Renaissance Painting at the Museo Nacional del Prado; Laura Alba, Mª Dolores Gayo and Maite Jover, Museo Nacional del Prado; Maria Teresa Cantaro, independent researcher; Angela Ghirardi, University of Bologna; and Enrico dal Pozzolo, University of Verona, as part of the conference A Tale of Two Women Painters: Sofonisba and Lavinia, held on 27 and 28 January 2020 with the aim of deepening knowledge of the exhibition A Tale of Two Women Painters: Sofonisba Anguissola and Lavinia Fontana, which brought together for the first time key works by two of the most remarkable women artists in the history of art in the second half of the sixteenth century.
