The Museo del Prado’s formation planaims to provide young professionals with the opportunity to develop in different scientific and technical areas of the Museum to obtain practical and theoretical knowledge for their future professional career.

The Prado, as part of its formation plan, promotes the granting of a series of its own scholarships as well as others promoted thanks to the generous contribution of different institutions. Furthermore and in collaboration with other museums and universities, the plan contemplates internship for students and professionals.
