Academic Chair
The Chair of the Prado Museum is the most important activity in the academic life of the Study Centre. It has been held annually since 2009, usually in November. The Chair holders develop their own projects related to innovative approaches to art historiography, the Prado collections and the cultural memory of the Museum.
The Chair, which is aimed at the general public, researchers and a specialised audience, is structured into three different activities: lectures, seminar and colloquium.
