The Virgin and Child in a Landscape, with St. John the Baptist and St. Paul
Second half of the XVII century. Pencil, Wash, Grey-brown ink, Pencil ground on yellow paper. Not on display
Although no precisely corresponding composition by Titian appears to exist, many of the elements of the design may be found in his early painting of the Madonna and Child with St. John the Baptist and a Donor in the National Gallery of Scotland, Edingburgh. There are other drawings by Valentin Lefèvre in the collection of the Prado.
