The principal problem was having to tell visitors off and the fact that they didn’t like it. Some of them got annoyed because they didn’t agree when they were told they had got too close to a work. They felt that in no case was being close a risk. This results in what is essentially an emotional conflict as sometimes you have to establish the boundary between being tolerant with a person’s attitude and having to sort the issue out once and for all.
He works at the Museum as a gallery attendant, although he spends most of his professional career working for the Museum's Art Handling Staff.
