Live-streamed talk with Montserrat Villar, Doctor of Physics and Astrophysics at the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and author of the book Looking at the Skies, on "The Crucifixion", painted by Juan de Flandes between 1509 and 1519. The painting depicts the darkening of the skies recounted in three of the Gospels and explores the relationship between this biblical episode and the total solar eclipse that will take place on 12 August and be visible from the Iberian Peninsula.
