This is a preparatory drawing for the main figure of the cupola interior of the Regina Santorum Omnium before the Holy Chapel and its Coreto in the Basilica of the Pilar in Zaragoza. The Museo Diocesano in Zaragoza keeps the sketch for the fresco. The study is intended for the figure of the Virgin, who is depicted seated on a cloud, facing the front and with open arms. Her head is barely sketched, the study of the clothing is very thorough.
